Are there certain foods you can't stop eating once you have taken the first bite? "Making Peace with Food" is a friendly and supportive small group where we will tackle these challenges together. Using the principles of Overeaters Anonymous, we help each other break free from unhealthy patterns and grow closer to God. We will read and explore the book, The Twelve Steps and Twelve Traditions of Overeaters Anonymous, together, while focusing on honest conversations and accountability as we encourage one another on this journey. Join us for powerful and life changing experience as we find freedom from food obsession and a healthier, more balanced life.
