REBUILD: Scarred Hope

Is there a right or wrong way to grieve? What if we do it wrong? How long does the fog hover? What do you do when you’re not sure what to do?

Join us for a one night workshop with author and therapist Beverly Ross. In working through her own grief after the tragic loss of her daughter, Beverly learned that getting back to the “simple things” were often the hardest things. Beverly will share best practices for caring for oneself in the midst of grief: physically, emotionally, relationally, and spiritually.
