Special Events for Missional Spaces
Assist Missional Spaces special events with event planning, setup, day of event execution or clean up. Special events include concerts,comedy Shows, conferences, graduations, teacher inservices, Trunk or Treat, and other outreach events. Serving times vary by event but serving opportunities will be available on a regular basis.
Serve for special events in our Coffee Shop/Spot by assisting guests with ordering, preparation or delivery of coffees, teas and specialty drinks. The Coffee Shop/Spot has an assortment of different volunteer roles, everything from working behind the scenes with cold or hot drink preparation or being on the front line of guest services, such as a cashier. We sometimes have outdoor volunteer opportunities during some events that take place during warmer weather!

Help with event planning, setup, day of event execution, troubleshooting and clean up to ensure that everything runs smoothly. This is a great serving opportunity for people who aren’t able to commit to a regular schedule of serving since serving times vary by events.

Serve on a team that creates a warm & welcoming space for our guests while they’re in our building.

Serve at merch booths during concerts and shows in the lobby. This role works closely with the tour and interacts with guests to the show providing great customer service.

Serve by driving guests, running errands and picking up guests from other locations.

Serve as part of a team that holds high the value of working together to quickly, efficiently and safely guide guests on and off of our Willow campus by directing traffic before and after special events.
