Many of the roles below are with Willow's Core Ministry and Core Support teams, which are tasked with supporting ALL of the ministry, facilities, operations, and support at all of our Campuses.
Support our church's core operations ministries through ongoing or special project admin support. This could include data entry, maintaining various records/reports, transferring files from paper to digital, etc. Confidence with Excel/Google Sheets, is preferred! This role can be done remotely at home or at our administrative offices at the South Barrington campus.

Serve our campers and staff by being an on-site presence that can provide medical and first aid treatments in both emergency and non-emergency capacities. A medic serve for Camp Paradise requires 2 days of travel and 3 full days on site. The serving window is from June-August. Food, lodging, and all medical supplies provided. The minimum qualification for this role is EMT certification.

Serve alongside other like-minded individuals in helping build and maintain the buildings and grounds at Camp Paradise. Tasks may include new construction, lumberjacking, painting, building repair, and landscaping. Volunteers can serve for a few days or for a week. Work Weeks are from early May to Memorial day and again from mid August until mid September. Food and lodging is provided. Looking for skilled, semi-skilled and inexperienced but willing-to-serve individuals.

Support our facilities team by identifying maintenance and repair projects at one or multiple of our campuses. If able, support the solution to these projects!

Help prepare our campus facilities for Sunday mornings. Activities might included putting up and taking down table and chair setups in classrooms and event spaces, keeping paper products stocked in restrooms, ensuring the lobby doors are sparkling and fingerprint-free, and help guarantee a delightful experience for all those attending a weekend service.

Support various events for our core operations ministries including staff recognition banquets, vendor networking events, Christmas parties, etc…
Available South Barrington and Willowwide Remote.
Support our facilities team by responding to building issues (ex. HVAC, etc), maintain & repair vacuums, help replace lightbulbs in the Main Auditorium, etc. This can be weekday, Sunday, or project-based work. No prior skills or experience necessary - all training provided.

Help plant, pull weeds, and water our outdoor flowers and plants at one or multiple of our campuses.

Play an important role of being the first responder to a guest when in need of medical attention during and around service times by being a part of our Medic Team. All Medics on this Campus Support Team need to be a licensed medical professional, ex: EMT, RN, NP, DR, etc. Being able to provide a licensed and knowledgeable first responder who is trained in our church protocols can save valuable time during an emergency.
