Serve our church members at our weekend Baptism services by helping with set up, welcoming & guiding Baptism participants during the service, and cleaning up. Help us celebrate and care for individuals as they take this important step in their faith.

Assist guests with the ordering, preparation & delivery of coffees, teas, and specialty drinks. The Cafe has an assortment of different volunteer roles, everything from working behind the scenes with cold or hot drink preparation, helping with food orders, or being on the front line of guest services as a cashier or expeditor. Show the love of Jesus through the preparation and serving of coffee, tea, and pre-packaged beverages & snacks to our church guests.

Cultivate a friendly environment, where every guest feels welcomed and is able to find help when they need it!. This looks like warm smiles, friendly handshakes or fist bumps, answering guests’ questions, and helping guests get to where they need to go.

Willow offers Language Interpretation to our non-English speaking guests during weekend services. Volunteers make up the team of interpreters and booth hosts who assist these guests. Language fluency is necessary for both roles and language interpretation experience is necessary for the Interpreter Role. If you are fluent in Chinese, Korean, Spanish, or American Sign Language and are interested in serving our community in this way, please reach out.

Cultivate and maintain a friendly and welcoming environment for our guests, with a strong focus on new guests/families. Through the offering of a superior level of hospitality, customer service, and vision casting, you will help individuals take next steps of connection and engagement.

Help our Willow Online Campus foster community and connection through greeting, communicating and interacting with online attendees on our Youtube and Church Online platforms. Our traffic team is the first and last impression of Willow! Be a part of the team that helps deliver a fun, friendly experience that is safe and minimizes parking and traffic obstacles for guests at weekend services and special events.

Help our guests feel cared for throughout their experience in our worship venues/auditoriums. Connect with & guide guests to appropriate seating and navigating our worship spaces. This looks like a warm smile with a question of “can I help find you a seat?” and standing to open doors as people exit.
