Groups
Each coach cares for 5-7 small group leaders by encouraging, supporting, praying for, and listening to their leaders with individualized care. Coaches stay connected to and are cared for by a Group Pastor and serve as a bridge between Group Pastors and Group Leaders. Coaches check in with their leaders through text, phone calls, or in-person meetings, and connect with their Group Pastor about group information, prayer requests, and further support. Gift of Shepherding is preferred.

A small group leader fosters a safe environment in which people can regularly gather to connect with others and take next steps with Jesus. . Groups will incorporate one or more of the Rooted Rhythms at each gathering. Leaders coordinate days/times to meet, help to guide conversations or bible studies, and shepherd a group of people who meet together regularly to draw closer to God and each other. Gift of Shepherding is preferred.

A Rooted Facilitator is an individual who understands the power of making space for people who are looking to explore, grow, and deepen their faith. You are a highly committed individual who is emotionally intelligent and is great at asking questions and loves encouraging people in taking next steps with Jesus. A Gift of shepherding is preferred.

Each Wednesday morning, more than 200 women gather at Willow for their collective small groups. This is a place for women to connect with each other as they grow in their relationship with Jesus. Within each of these communities are moms of kids that aren't yet school age. Providing an onsite safe place for their kids to be cared for is an important part of allowing these moms to be a part of a group. This group would support the moms at Willow by serving as a team of childcare volunteers each week. The groups gather from 9:30 AM-11:30 AM, and this Group Childcare Team will gather to serve from 9:00 AM-12:00 PM, Wednesdays beginning September 18, 2024 through November 20, 2024.
