Every year, the Care Center equips thousands of students for the new school year with backpacks, school supplies, complimentary haircuts, new clothing, medical exams, entertainment, and more. These services help provide the necessary supplies and steps to begin the school year while instilling confidence within students as they feel prepared to start the year.
We would love for you to be a part of spreading dignity and hope by volunteering at the Back to School Bash by sorting backpacks and school supplies; greeting children and families; helping guests shop in the Clothing Store; using your skills as a hairstylist or medical professional (dental and optical); distributing popcorn and treats; and much more!

To serve at the Back to School Bash:
- Choose a date and time that works for you, followed by where you'd like to serve. While volunteers have the opportunity to choose what area they would like to serve in, we ask that you be flexible as we may need to redeploy volunteers depending on what areas we need to fill.
- Volunteers must be at least 8 years old–volunteers who are age 14 and under must serve with an adult.
- Volunteers must complete or already be cleared through Willow’s Protection Application to serve.
